The different varieties of coffee are roasted with hot air, a traditional technique that allows the characteristics of the raw material to be maximized. The level of roasting chosen is very light in order to enhance the specific properties and aromas of every single-origin and can be recognized in the light and uniform colour of the roasted beans.
The roasting phase is very delicate: the variation of a single time or temperature parameter can result in a completely different product in the cup. For this reason, after each cycle, the cooked coffee is checked by our master roaster. This attention guarantees a technically perfect and constant quality product over time.
Our goal is to toast a product that is as good as possible. For this reason, we dedicate a lot of time and resources to studying roasting profiles and training our staff.
